TIP: In the same box, you can duplicate the paragraph, and access the HTML editor, if you’re comfortable with script.

2. A full text toolbox is automatically brought up when you click the body of a paragraph, so you can change text colour (“foreground colour”) and highlight text (“background colour”), change font, italicise, bold or underline text, change paragraph alignment and add in hyperlinks.

TIP: If ever you want to undo something you’ve changed, an “undo” and “redo” button is available in the text toolbox.

3. To change settings of the paragraph, press the three dots in the grey box and press “settings”. Here you have a full range of tools to add effects (such as shading), borders, spacing and positioning to the selected paragraph. You can also change the settings of the text here.

NOTE: Editing text styles in the settings section for that paragraph will over-ride any changes to text styles you’ve made previously.
