How do I turn on Moderator Tools?

How to turn on Moderator Tools, via the project settings page.

 

The different tools you can give them access to are:

 Analysis - They will have access to our analysis suite where they will be able to export transcripts and conduct further analysis.  
Timeline - The timeline will allow moderators to follow all of the goings on in the project (participants posts, emails being sent, emails being clicked etc) in a linear fashion.
Activities - They will have access to the activities edit browse, and will be able to edit and upload activities.
People - They will have access to the people browse where they can update participant details, add new participants and send out individual notifications
File uploads - They will have access to the secured files section of the platform where transcripts will appear, and you can upload files securely including participant details.
Emails & SMS - They will have access to details about sent emails and SMS so they can monitor whether or not any emails have bounced, and which participants are yet to open/click on their emails.

You will want to give your Moderators access to tools to help them get the most out of the project. Follow these steps to give them access: 

1. You will need to be in the project settings tab to be able to select the moderator tools. To get here, click on the home icon or the name of your project on the left hand side menu bar. And then select the blue 'Edit project settings' button. 

2. Click on the Moderators icon to bring up the moderator settings menu. 

3. Scroll down to moderator settings and tick the tools you would like to give your moderators access to. 

4. Click on the green close button at the bottom of the menu to finalise the changes.
