How do I change the Activity Icon and it's Attributes

By default all of our activities have an 'icon' to distinguish between them but also to bring the design of the project alive. Of course like most things within the platform these are fully customisable and you are able to change the image, colour and design of the icon to fit your brand/agency or to have a colourful rainbow.
